The Alerts feature can be set for a particular date and time, or be recurring every day, week, month, three months, or every three months.

To check your Netspend card balance, text “BAL” to 22622. Most mobile carriers, including Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, offer support for Netspend Anytime Alerts.

The Netspend Mobile App operates on mobile devices to provide card services and information. Cardholders can use the app to check their balance, review transaction history, and add money when their available balance gets low. Customers can also receive e-Statements with the app.
The app also offers a way for cardholders to communicate with Netspend 24 hours per day.
For cardholders who have the Netspend Prepaid MasterCard, the app can be used to check their available balance at any time and transfer money between their prepaid card and a bank account.
